Barry Jennings was one of the witnesses to the explosions heard in World Trade Center 7 before it collapsed. Explosions would be used to weaken the building's structure before it is brought down in a controlled demolition.
Here is an interview he did for Loose Change, in which he says he heard explosions in the lobby of WTC 7 before either of the first two towers fell:
To further corroborate his account, here is a video of Robert Hess, the man who was stuck in tower 7 with Barry Jennings, yelling for help from the eighth floor:
Jennings passed away (causes unknown) just a few days before the NIST report of what happened to building 7 was released to the public.
